Company CSS d.o.o. with headquarters in Škofja Loka was established in 2000. We are specialized in the production of turned in stamped metal products. Further, we also provide after-treatment services such as drilling, deburring, threading, milling and also heat and surface treatment in collaboration with subcontractors. We, the employees, are aware that we will be able to realize our business goals only, if we deliver to our customers high-quality products, which compete on price.

Turning
We provide services of turning on the basis of your requests and designs. With our own knowledge we help you find optimal solutions. We are known for our professional competence, product quality, reliability, short delivery time and favourable prices.
Our machine fleet consists of modern CNC lathes of Japanese producer MIYANO and classical lathe automates, on which we produce less demanding products.
We produce products from aluminium, brass, free cutting and stainless steel, quenched and tempered materials and structural steel. The diameter of products can be from 5 to 51 mm and their length up to 400 mm.
We provide additional processing of products such as drilling, deburring, threading and milling.
We also provide surface treatment in cooperation with our subcontractors, for example zinc plating, nickel plating, tin plating, phosphating, browning and thermal treatment such as thermal conditioning, quenching and tempering.
Stamping
We have mechanical equipment on which we can provide the production of various simple and advanced sheetmetal products. In collaboration with our own tool making workshop, we suggest already in the initial phase optimal production solutions, which also have influence on lower price of finished products.
In our own tool making workshop we produce simple tools, regularly maintain our tools and devices, and in case our products are modified, we modify the existing tools and thus reduce development costs.
We have various machines such as automatic feed presses (32 to 63 t) and individual presses (15 to 100 t). We produce products from cold rolled strips, sheetmetal and flat steel in dimensions from 0.3 mm to 8 mm.
We provide additional processing of products such as bending, breaking through cuttings, drilling, deburring, threading and milling. We also provide surface treatment in cooperation with our subcontractors, for example zinc plating, nickel plating, tin plating, phosphating, browning and anodising.
